It is a metaverse that allows a user to embody a character (avatar) and walk around our digital building and campus. Exploring MetaSpaces (digital buildings) allows a user to discover experts, authors, suppliers and vendors within the Child Activity Center industry.
We currently support Open source versions of Llama, Deepseek, Mistral and OpenAI Oss
By subscribing as an AI vendor you are able to create your own AI topics, add your content through text, pdfs and videos and create a resource center for your subscribers. Your subscribers will be able to ask your AI questions and get answers pulled from the files you upload.

An AI Topic is a folder that you create that contains information of a specific subject matter
Your information is not sent to any third party company. It remains safe within our server environment.

By subscribing to the MetaSpace Resource center, you will have access to all the AI topics, videos and documents that the content provider has made available.
About Access
Once you run out of credits, an agent will pause its operations and prompt you to buy additional credits or upgrade to the next level plan. You will not be able to initiate new tasks or complete ongoing threads until your account has sufficient credits.

Yes. We offer discounted pricing when you choose annual billing, which is more cost-effective than paying monthly.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To make changes to your plan, visit the Membership page. If you cancel your MetaSpheres subscription, your paid plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period, either the monthly billing cycle or the annual plan term. Your account will remain available, and you may log in again at any time. You are always welcome to return.
For the Starter, Pro, and Premium plans, we accept all major credit cards via our payment processor Authorize.net. For enterprise customers, we also accept wire transfer after invoice. We secure your payment method with a 3D secure authentication for your privacy and protection.

Monetization of tokens: AI providers charge based on how many tokens you use: Input tokens (your request) + Output tokens (the AI’s answer). Tokens are the currency of usage. AI providers (like OpenAI) measure how much text is sent to and generated by the model in tokens. Customers are charged based on the number of tokens processed.
Task length and complexity: Tasks that involve larger data sets or more advanced processing (for example, analyzing hundreds of spreadsheet rows) require more credits than simple actions, such as updating a single row.
Language model selected: Each agent node allows you to choose a language model from leading providers. Models differ in intelligence, speed, and cost; more advanced models typically consume more credits.

Credits are used when you ask questions in the AI Prompt. Depending on the length of the questions, the number of AI topics you search in for the answer and the response will determine how many credits are used up during any interaction.
At MetaSpheres AI, we use a technology called RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). To understand it, imagine two separate rooms:
• Room 1: AI Topics (Your Data). This is a secure, private vault where your documents, videos, and notes are stored. This room is locked. The AI is never allowed to "eat" or "ingest" these books to train itself.
• Room 2: AI Chat. This is a powerful assistant that knows how to read and summarize, but it has no permanent memory of your private files.
How it Works (The Step-by-Step)
When you ask MetaSpheres AI a question, a three-step process happens in milliseconds:
1. Retrieve: The system looks into your private AI Topics to find the exact pages or video clips that contain the answer.
2. Condenses: It hands those specific pages to the "AI Chat" (the AI).
3. Generate: The AI reads those pages and writes a perfect answer for you, citing exactly where it found the information.
Once the conversation is over, the AI "forgets" what it read. Your documents stay in the vault, and the AI’s core brain remains unchanged. If you delete your content, it will be removed from our systems and no longer accessible.

Credits are the currency an agent uses for billing. The number of credits an agent uses depends on the following factors:
1. Task length and complexity: For example, tasks that process hundreds of rows of spreadsheet data are more complex and will require more credits than updating one spreadsheet row.
2. Premium actions: We offer premium actions that incur additional costs compared to standard actions due to the vendors we use. These actions include:
People Data Labs (our lead generation vendor)
Twilio
Lindy Knowledge Base (our Pro plan has 20M included indexed characters in the Lindy Knowledge Base)
3. Model: In each node, you can select which Language Model an agent uses to reason and take action. We offer models from top providers. Each model has a tradeoff between intelligence, speed, and price (the most intelligent models are slower and more expensive).

A task is defined as everything an agent does after being triggered by an event or a user’s message.
Each task consumes at least 1 credit, with more complex tasks using more credits based on their length, complexity, the model used, and whether any premium actions are involved.

Usage allowance is proportional to the number of credits that you purchase. For every 10,000 credits, you receive a set amount of the parameters detailed below.

Entitlement per 10k operations licensed per month:
- Data transfer 5 GB
- Data storage 10 MB
- Incomplete executions store 10 MB (2 GB maximum)
- Webhook queue size 667 (10,000 maximum)
For example, if you license 150,000 credits per month, you are entitled to:
- 75 GB of data transfer
- 150 MB of incomplete execution storage
- 150 MB of data storage
- 10,000 webhooks in the queue
- Usage allowance calculation does not relate to the number of data stores. You can use up to 1,000 data stores per single organization, regardless of your plan. Note that the minimum size of one data store is 1 MB.
We calculate data storage based on the number of your credits. For every 1000 credits, you get 1 MB of data storage, which equals 1 data store.
If you are on the Free plan, you have 1000 credits per month, which equals 1 MB of data storage and 1 data store.
Credits expire at the end of the term.
