  3. Security: RAG content is stored on separate, secure servers and is not transmitted via API to external third parties.
  4. Permission Control: You decide who gets a “key” to which parts of your library. Perfect for teams, clients, or paid members.
  5. Monetization Ready: Since your data is stored separately, you can easily turn your knowledge base into a premium, interactive subscription service.

c. Information about your use of our services or products

We collect information about your use of and interaction within MetaSpaces. This could include information about the account you use to access our services, IP addresses, browser type, and interactions with other users in the MetaSpaces, the content you share, the date, time and duration of your use or visit, and other information about how you use our services.

d. Credits and Purchase Data

Some of our services allow you to make purchases. If you use any of our services to make a purchase, we may collect information about the purchase. Records of AI Token (Credit) consumption and transaction history. We do not directly store your full payment card details. All financial transactions are processed by third-party payment processors. Payment details are handled by third-party processors (Authorize.net). This may include payment information, such as your credit card number, account authentication information, and contact information like your billing and shipping address.

e. Retention and Transfer of Your Personal Data

MetaSpheres will retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. In most cases, we retain personal data until your use of the service is terminated.

Your information may be transferred to and stored on computers located outside your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction, where data protection laws may differ from those in your location.

f. Data Storage and Security

We employ a range of security measures to protect your information. Your content for the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system is stored on a separate, secure server and is accessed only by authorized connections. We do not transmit this data via API to external third parties.

Cross-Border Data Storage: Our dedicated cloud servers are provided by Google, Amazon, DigitalOcean, and Paperspace. As these are U.S.-based companies, your data, even if stored outside of the U.S., may be subject to legal requests from U.S. authorities under the CLOUD Act. By using our Services, you acknowledge and consent to this cross-border transfer and potential access to your data.

2. Sharing with other parties

We do not and will not sell your information to third parties. We only share or disclose this data to other recipients for the following purposes:
  1. No Sale of Data: We do not sell or rent your personal information.
  2. Service Providers: We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing (PayPal, Stripe) and cloud infrastructure hosting (Google, Amazon, DigitalOcean, Paperspace). These parties are contractually bound to protect your data.
