Once you run out of credits, an agent will pause its operations and prompt you to buy additional credits or upgrade to the next level plan. You will not be able to initiate new tasks or complete ongoing threads until your account has sufficient credits.

We provide email notifications to alert you when your credit balance is low to help you manage your usage and avoid interruptions.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To make changes to your plan, visit the Membership page. If you cancel your MetaSpheres subscription, your paid plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period, either the monthly billing cycle or the annual plan term. Your account will remain available, and you may log in again at any time. You are always welcome to return.

For the Starter, Pro, and Premium plans, we accept all major credit cards via our payment processor Authorize.net. For enterprise customers, we also accept wire transfer after invoice. We secure your payment method with a 3D secure authentication for your privacy and protection.
